Lintech Achieves High Customer Satisfaction Ratings
Customers gave Lintech Components a 98% overall satisfaction rating in 2011, exceeding their 96% achievement in 2010. According to results from the 2011 annual customer survey which was conducted at two intervals: in February and June 2011, satisfaction on all key attributes on sales support, customer service, product quality and delivery were measured against last year’s results. Based on responses from our customers, the higher level of “overall satisfaction” was the result of Lintech’s customer service/relationship management efforts, communications, responsiveness, customer-centric orientation and their quality control with zero counterfeit escapes.
