Lintech Reaches 30-Year Mark

Lintech Components is proud announce that we have just entered our 30th year supporting our military and commercial customers with quality electronic components. It’s a major milestone for a company that has evolved into a procurement partner selling tens of thousands of parts each year to some of the leading companies in the world.

One can’t possibly make it to the three-decade mark without doing something right. If you want to narrow it down to one factor: the secret to our success may be our obsession with quality and authenticity. Over the last decade, Lintech Components has established ourselves as a leader among independent distributors for mitigating counterfeit risk with respect to obsolete and other hard-to-find electronic components. It all began with simple in-house visual inspection and has expanded into a rigorous standardized process that, when risk is higher, includes multiple layers of inspection and sophisticated electrical testing and material analysis.

Director of Business Development, Dan Semon, recently ruminated that over his 12 years at Lintech Components “not only has our quality management system become tighter, but so have our sourcing practices: having weeded out those vendors that did not meet our exacting standards. We also have more internal performance metrics than ever and they reveal that we have steadily improved on quote response speed and order fulfillment accuracy.” All told, this has enabled us to pass audits and earn vendor approval by several of the world’s top aerospace companies and accreditation to source and test for the U.S. Defense Logistics Agency.” Some of these longstanding relationships with key players in the mil/aero sector can be measured in decades.

The semiconductor market is booming and there’s no reason not to anticipate that this next decade won’t be our best yet.
